Single Cell Outlier Selector

**SCOUTS** is a tool that quickly finds **outliers in your single-cell data**, generating information about your cell population organized by markers. It is designed to analyse **mass cytometry (CyToF)** and **single-cell RNA sequencing** data (scRNA-Seq).
